Updated over 2 weeks ago

Once you have accepted a project on Worksible, it is important to know how to manage it efficiently.

The “My Projects” section allows you to track the status of all your projects and maintain detailed control over each one.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Navigation and Filters:

The "My projects" page allows you to filter the projects according to their status with the "Filters" button on the right:

  • Project in progress: projects you are currently working on.

  • Completed Project: Projects that have been reviewed and approved as completed.

  • Payment Pending: Payments that have not yet been made.

Each of these filters presents the following information:

  • Status: Indicates the current status of the project (e.g., Completed).

  • Description: Brief description of the project, such as "Pitch Deck Design".

  • Date: Project start date.

2. Project Details

By clicking on any “Ongoing Project,” you will enter the details and explore the different collaboration options between the freelancer and the company.

The section is organized in different parts to facilitate management:

  • On the left, the status of the project is shown in which, at a glance, you will know at what stage your project is at.

  • On the right, you can see the payments that have been made.

3. Tips for Managing Projects

  • Review Regularly: Stay up to date with project activities and updates by checking the details section regularly.

  • Respond to Comments: Actively engage with the client by responding to their comments and reviews. This demonstrates professionalism and can improve your reputation on the platform.

  • Task Management: Use the tasks tab to organize your work and ensure that all parts of the project are completed on time.

  • Payment Control: Check the payments tab to keep a clear record of earnings and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.

Managing your project details effectively is crucial to maintaining a good relationship with your clients and ensuring the quality and timeliness of your work on Worksible.
