The Billing and Payments section is essential for managing your transactions on the platform. Here you can review received invoices, make payments, and update your billing information.
Below, we explain how to use each of these functions step by step:
Received Invoices
Navigate to the “Billing” tab in your account and select “Received Invoices.”
View invoices:
In this section, you will be able to view all the invoices you have received. Each invoice includes:
Invoice number: A unique identifier for each invoice.
Concept: Describes the reason for the invoice, such as service rendered or payment received.
Type: Check if the payment is issued or received.
Associated Project: The specific project to which the invoice pertains. This allows you to relate your income or adjustments to a specific job.
Associated payment: The payment that generated the invoice, which helps you keep clear control of your transactions.
Date: The date the invoice was issued.
Total: The total amount of the invoice.
2. Download or view invoice:
Access each of the invoices to download it.
Click on the “Download PDF” button to download a copy of the invoice in PDF format.
Payments
1. Access the section:
In the “Billing and payments” tab, select “Payments”.
2. View payments:
Here you will be able to see all the payments you have made. The table includes:
ID: A unique identifier for each payment.
Associated project: Name of the project
Status: The status of the payment (e.g. “processed”).
Released payment: The payment remains unreleased or is already released.
Date: The date the payment was made.
Amount: The total amount of the payment.
